1. Check stock
We update stock avalibility as soon as possible. However, to avoid disappointment, please check with us before you placing your order.
Send email to btqqueen@gmail.com. Email subject "<order code>: order". Order code is stated in the title and content of each blog post. In the email, please indicate color, size(if applicable), and list down all item order codes if you would like to order more than one item. It is important that you state all info correctly to shorten our processing time.
We will reply your email within 24 hours and quote total charge including shipping fee.

2. Make payment
Your item will be reserved for 48 hours from the time we reply your stock-check email if stock is available(time based on our gmail record).
Please make your payment before reservation period is over.
Currently we only accept bank transfer.

3. Confirm payment
Reply email "<order code>: order" with transaction number, transacton time and amount to expedite payment verification.
4. Shippment
Your odered item will be shipped once we verify your payment which will take 1 to 2 days. We will reply the email thread to inform you the shippment.
